Jason Block
Jason Block is studying Music Production at Academy of Art University, born in Fremont and raised in Folsom. He has been singing and playing instruments since he was 8 years old and his passion for music has only grown over the years. He has participated in marching, symphonic, concert bands and in addition performed in many choirs at the high school, college, and professional level and has performed in a few barbershop quartets as well. Along with musical groups he has performed in plays, musicals, and was a camper at Sugarloaf Fine Arts Camp for six years. His love for music is only matched by his love for his family and is a caregiver for his sister when we can. Right now he is writing and recording for a project called Electric Suspenders. His musical influences include Robert Plant, George Clinton, Thundercat, Elle Fitzgerald and Kevin Parker but is always looking for new music to enjoy. He has been singing in Outta The Vox for two years now and has never enjoyed any other group quite as much. |
